In 2009, she led a 240-kilometer pilgrimage through Portugal with the focus of awareness on forgiveness for the immense violence which has been inflicted on the peoples of the planet throughout many years of history up to today by powers which have their origins in Europe, and on reconnecting with the peaceful tribal roots which predated those destructive forces in Europe.

One strong basis for her political work is the reconciliation of the sexes and a new women's consciousness - issues in which she has worked for more than 30 years, both in theory and in practice. With her feminine wisdom and radical commitment, she is an ambassador for a global peace perspective.
